Ordering Options

Our mail order department is open Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm CST, excluding holidays. You may place order on our web site 24/7, any orders received after 1:00 pm on Friday will be processed the following weekday/business day in the order they were received.

Please Note - Our store hours are different than the mail order hours. Our store at 674 W. Mulberry St., Baraboo, WI is open: Mon-Fri 10-6, Sat 10-5 & Sun 11-4.

You may also e-mail, fax (24 hrs), mail or phone an order in. Be sure to include SKU number, amount of product you want, color and size if applicable.

Payment Options

Payment with your credit card on the web site or by phone/fax (do not e-mail credit card number) is the easiest and quickest way to receive your order. Or you may mail payment plus shipping and applicable sales tax to us. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards, also money orders/bank drafts, travelers checks, personal and business checks; we will wait 2 weeks after depositing your personal or business check to clear before sending your order.

Privacy Policy

We do not share, sell or rent any of your personal information. This includes your name, address, phone numbers, email etc. Our secure server protects your credit card information.

Shipping

Orders are shipped by USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. This is proof of delivery by the US postal Service that confirms to us that your package was delivered.

All orders will be charged $7.95 shipping and handling unless your order is $300.00 or more. Orders over $300.00 will have FREE shipping and handling.

We ship mail orders to addresses within the US only. Alaska and Hawaii will be charged extra shipping.

We do not drop ship.

We try to ship most orders the same business day as received or the next day. This is not always possible if the volume of orders is large, we are short-staffed etc. All orders received after 1:00 pm will probably be shipped the next day. Also if you've paid by check, you will have to wait 2 weeks before your order is sent. Remember that holidays will also delay delivery of your order.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order, however the $7.95 shipping and handling fee will apply to any size order. No extra small order fees.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 5.5% will be added to merchandise and shipping when mailed to a Wisconsin address. No sales tax will be charged if you have a resale/sellers permit number issued by your states Department of Revenue on file with us. You must mail or fax us a copy of your permit to waive the sales tax charge.

Order Confirmation

Shortly after completing your order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order.

Returns and Exchanges

This information pertains to mail orders only, not to merchandise purchased in our store or at a show.

Email or call before returning any merchandise. All claims must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery of merchandise. All items must be in original resalable condition, no open packages, cut strands, missing pieces, unspooled items, used or misused tools will be accepted for return. We do not accept returns of misused tools, we sell light duty jewelry tools; they are not intended for heavier use. No returns or exchanges on books or pre cut items such as chain or cording.

 A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Customer pays return postage and postage for reshipping of exchanged items. Postage will be refunded if the mistake was ours. You are responsible for properly packing and shipping your return items; we will not accept broken items because of improper packing.

We are not responsible for changes in dye lots of beads and findings. There is no warranty on durability of plating or finishes on products.

Pricing and Discounts

We keep our prices as competitive as possible. Prices are subject to change and become effective immediately. We are not responsible for typos on the web site and will not sell you the item at an incorrect price.

We offer discounts/wholesale pricing when you order the larger quantity offered for each item. This pricing is not available on a mix or match basis.

Note-Pricing/discounts that are offered on the web site may not be the same as offered in the store or at shows. The only mail order discounts you can receive are those offered on the web site and by purchasing the amount indicated to receive that discount. This applies whether or not you have a resale number.

Store/show discounts and turtle stamp cards only apply to store or show purchasing.

Back Orders

We do not back order unless we know an item will be in stock within a few days. Minimal shipping charges will pertain to backorders. If you do not wish a backorder please email or call us. We will email or call you when your backorder arrives to see if you still want it.

Occasionally our web site can show an item being in stock but you may order more than available. If this happens you will be charged the discounted amount as long as you take the backorder. We will contact you if this happens so you can make a decision.
